Mission

Through education, support, and advocacy, Uzazi Village works to improve perinatal health in the Kansas City community and around the country. We work to build a respectful and supportive adjacent healthcare system that fosters equitable and sustainable outcomes in maternal and infant health.

Description

Uzazi Village offers a multitude of programs within the maternal health field by providing clothing boutique, diapers, education, maternal health center. All of our programs are free of charge and we do not ask for any documetation. We also offer training, for a fee, for Community Healthy Worker and Perinatal Doula Training. Scholarships may be available for both training depending if the funds are available.
